11月14日-15日，嘉興站開展了為期2天專業(yè)化的培訓(xùn)課程，參加團(tuán)隊有臨海團(tuán)隊、嵊州團(tuán)隊、溫州團(tuán)隊、南潯團(tuán)隊、海寧團(tuán)隊、吳江團(tuán)隊、楚門鎮(zhèn)團(tuán)隊、平陽團(tuán)隊和嘉興團(tuán)隊。這次培訓(xùn)由伊莉莎白總部市場部經(jīng)理郭彩宏女士授課講解和策劃老師鄧凱仁協(xié)助，通過產(chǎn)品知識、服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、團(tuán)隊合作等多方面的信息傳輸，以及日常的會議和線上培訓(xùn)，讓每個銷售團(tuán)隊能夠更加完善自身的運營體系。

From November 14 to 15, Jiaxing station carried out a 2-day professional training course, and participated in the team of Linhai team, Shengzhou team, Wenzhou team, Wanxun team, Haining team, Wujiang team, Chumen town team, Pingyang team and Jiaxing team. This training was conducted by Ms. Guo Caihong, marketing manager of Elizabeth headquarters, and assisted by Deng Kairen, the planning teacher. Through information transmission of product knowledge, service standards, team cooperation and other aspects, as well as daily meetings and online training, each sales team was able to improve its operation system.
