11月18日，始于10月份的江蘇聯(lián)動，在羅曼締克總部市場部王演寅、葉青、翁東流等老師的臨場幫扶引導下，第一戰(zhàn)隊：蘇州、無錫；第二戰(zhàn)隊：張家港、鎮(zhèn)江、昆山；第三戰(zhàn)隊：江陰、揚州、常州；江蘇各大戰(zhàn)區(qū)橫縱管控、協(xié)同作戰(zhàn)，精彩紛呈，碩果累累。

在第一階段：由第三戰(zhàn)隊的常州區(qū)域奪得冠軍202.71%，第二戰(zhàn)隊昆山區(qū)域以200.52%緊隨其后，還有第一戰(zhàn)隊蘇州區(qū)域108%，第三戰(zhàn)隊的江陰區(qū)域148.34%、第二戰(zhàn)隊的張家港區(qū)域116.62%、鎮(zhèn)江區(qū)域141.20%完成率順利完成任務(wù)。三大戰(zhàn)隊第一階段總完成率達121.2%。

The completion rate of the first stage of the three teams reached 121.2%.

在第二階段：第一戰(zhàn)隊的蘇州區(qū)域以268%，鎮(zhèn)江區(qū)域以254.08%完成率的漂亮數(shù)據(jù)傲視同儕，第二戰(zhàn)隊張家港區(qū)域116.77%、昆山區(qū)域103.10%、常州104.19%的完成率順利達標，第二階段三大戰(zhàn)隊總完成率高達130.3%。

在第三階段：昆山區(qū)域148.10%領(lǐng)先，第二戰(zhàn)隊張家港區(qū)域120.28%、鎮(zhèn)江區(qū)域126.30%、第三戰(zhàn)隊揚州區(qū)域116.88%完成率通關(guān)。整個第三階段三大戰(zhàn)隊整體戰(zhàn)績不很理想，戰(zhàn)況膠著。

在第四階段：第一戰(zhàn)隊鎮(zhèn)江區(qū)域以211.44%完成率占據(jù)榜首，第一戰(zhàn)隊蘇州區(qū)域134%；第二戰(zhàn)隊張家港區(qū)域119.60%；第三戰(zhàn)隊江陰區(qū)域188%也順利通關(guān)。本階段三大戰(zhàn)隊整體實現(xiàn)成功通過考核。

本次活動，三大戰(zhàn)隊不僅整體上都比自己平時同等時間內(nèi)績效顯著，同時很多區(qū)域還打破當?shù)貑卧碌募o錄，牛氣沖天，后勁十足。這次江蘇羅曼家人們以500萬的業(yè)績順利達成目標，且還不計入一些為后期鋪墊的成績單。所有這些進一步說明“陶界營銷只有兩季，努力就是旺季，不努力就是淡季”，尤其詮釋出羅曼締克營銷追求：“淡季不淡，旺季更旺”。
