第一家專賣店的建立,張總記憶猶新。張總提到,當(dāng)時(shí)總部空間設(shè)計(jì)師親臨現(xiàn)場(chǎng)與施工隊(duì)對(duì)接,反反復(fù)復(fù)的溝通、修改、監(jiān)工,加班加點(diǎn),就是為了把店面完美的建立起來(lái)。當(dāng)時(shí)在場(chǎng)的張總心里倍感欣慰,他覺(jué)得伊莉莎白是一個(gè)“注重設(shè)計(jì)并有匠心的企業(yè)”。在廠家的扶持與團(tuán)隊(duì)的努力下,太原伊莉莎白瓷磚發(fā)展迅速,慢慢地實(shí)現(xiàn)了兩年一店,一年一店,一年兩店的跨越,伊莉莎白瓷磚逐步覆蓋整個(gè)太原市。

With the support of the manufacturers and the efforts of the team, Taiyuan Elizabeth Tiles has developed rapidly, and slowly achieved a span of two stores, one store per year, and two stores per year. 2018年,在廠家的大力支持下,在團(tuán)隊(duì)的配合下,張總實(shí)現(xiàn)了一年兩店的目標(biāo),居然之家店、東城月星店相繼建立,同時(shí)拓展了設(shè)計(jì)師渠道。門店的開(kāi)設(shè)必然有新的血液新同事加入,張總明確地為每個(gè)店面組建好團(tuán)隊(duì),一店5人團(tuán):一位店長(zhǎng),兩名導(dǎo)購(gòu),一個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)和一個(gè)預(yù)備人員。團(tuán)隊(duì)的通力合作,讓張總旗下的店面銷量業(yè)績(jī)持續(xù)上升。

為了更好的提升品牌知名度和形象,張總在每個(gè)店的商場(chǎng)外立面都投入大量廣告宣傳片。在今年3月大型的團(tuán)購(gòu)會(huì)上,太原團(tuán)隊(duì)在沒(méi)有此類活動(dòng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的前提下,邊學(xué)邊做,依然積極掛帥上陣。沒(méi)蓄水,2天爆單52單,摘下現(xiàn)場(chǎng)簽單王桂冠。
