01、準備工作

鋪貼之前，我們需要準備好鋪貼大規(guī)格瓷磚的工具，如粘結(jié)劑、三孔玻璃吸、鋸齒狀抹灰器、灰匙、橡膠錘、靠尺、找平鉗套裝、清潔抹布等。

02、鋪貼前檢查

施工圖紙校對、平整度檢測、垂直度檢測、水電管線鋪設檢測以及防水等工作，這是確保最佳的瓷磚鋪設效果、打造高品質(zhì)生活空間的前置條件。

03、基面處理

清除基層浮灰、油等污漬，以免會影響粘結(jié)劑的粘合度。基面內(nèi)部必須保持平整，高低不平或表面粗糙的地方可以使用水泥砂漿抹平，同時充分濕潤施工基面，防止空鼓。

04、調(diào)制粘結(jié)劑

1. 將自來水加入攪拌桶，再將粘貼劑逐量加入，用低速電動攪拌器攪拌均勻成糊狀。

2. 水化（靜置）5-10min后進行二次攪拌3min左右即可使用，(水化后的粘結(jié)劑不可加水或粘結(jié)劑干粉再次攪拌，否則影響粘結(jié)效果)

3. 用批灰刀挑起攪拌均勻的粘結(jié)劑后倒置，粘結(jié)劑在5秒左右從批灰刀上墜落，此時的粘結(jié)劑的粘稠度為最佳。

注意：粘結(jié)劑在制備完畢后需靜置5-10min。粘結(jié)劑的可操作時間常溫下為2小時。（可操作時間指制備完畢到使用的時間）。

05、涂抹粘結(jié)劑

在地面均勻鋪上一層粘結(jié)劑，形成半干的一層，再次用粘結(jié)劑填平表面凹凸處，厚度為0.5CM左右；適當條件下，可同時將粘結(jié)劑均勻地抹在瓷磚背面，涂抹飽滿。

06、搬運鋪貼

07、鋪平壓緊

注意已經(jīng)鋪貼完成的大板瓷磚表面拍打時一定要控制好力度，拍打方向可以遵循從瓷磚中間往四周擴散進行。用橡膠錘或塑膠平板把磚面敲平整的同時，以靠尺測量，確保瓷磚鋪貼水平。

08、找平處理
