這是一套240㎡的錯層復(fù)式別墅，業(yè)主喜歡簡單干凈的家居環(huán)境，不喜歡太多的造型設(shè)計，設(shè)計師在跟業(yè)主溝通后，最后定位為新中式風(fēng)，并根據(jù)實際的房形結(jié)構(gòu)做出了本套設(shè)計方案。

750*1500mm“卡里姆灰”大板一鍵應(yīng)用首次全空間地面，一磚8紋延伸鋪貼，盡顯高檔大氣；亮光磚面在窗外自然光的照射，帶來干凈明亮的視覺感受；電視背景墻選用超大規(guī)格1200*2400mm連紋大板“魚肚白”豎貼兩片到頂，三片大板縱橫向連紋，簡約時尚，至簡至美。

新中式的古韻氣息貫穿于整個家居空間，以淺灰色，黑色為主色調(diào)的家具，營造了一份淡然的東方韻味；清雅的裝飾掛畫，提升了家居空間藝術(shù)格調(diào)。

考慮到戶型的實際結(jié)構(gòu)，設(shè)計師把家里人氣最旺的餐廚廳設(shè)計在二樓，

地面選用暖灰系“維納斯”系列搭配。“維納斯”灰色調(diào)里融入了淡雅的暖黃渲染，從觀感上就能帶來溫暖浪漫的就餐氛圍；廚房既可以增設(shè)一個可推拉的玻璃門，形成一個半開放式的烹飪空間，既能隔絕油煙也能更好地互動，增加采光。

衛(wèi)生間選用了深淺兩種色調(diào)瓷磚凸顯層次感，上墻用自然清新的“卡拉拉銀”系列，白色墻磚讓空間通透產(chǎn)生擴(kuò)張感；下墻繼續(xù)沿用高級灰“倚天石”，與一樓衛(wèi)生間相呼應(yīng)，延伸兩邊柱子直接連起來做個壁龕，戶主對此十分滿意。

整個三樓作為休息區(qū)，在“維納斯”地磚的鋪陳下溫馨而優(yōu)雅。精致的中國圓背景墻設(shè)計，詩意山水景畫，把新中式古韻禪意愈發(fā)濃郁；酒柜，書柜，置物柜，中式家具充滿客廳空間。

The whole 3rd floor serves as rest area, in "Venus" the warm and elegant below the spread of floor tile.
